The online consultation Promoting sustainable food systems for healthy diets in Europe and Central Asia

6 weeks of consultation, 13 countries of the Eurasian region, 22 contributions from experts — results are very interesting. Many useful recommendations, practices, opinions and materials concerning school food and nutrition programmes are gathered!

The consultation was carried out under the FAO project "Developing Capacity for Strengthening Food Security and Nutrition in Selected Countries of the Caucasus and Central Asia" in collaboration with the Social and Industrial Foodservice Institute (SIFI).

Among others the consultation was facilitated by SIFI President Vladimir Chernigov.
