Vladimir Chernigov, President of the Social and Industrial Foodservice Institute (SIFI), the CIS Basic Organization for School Feeding, has been awarded the honorary title “Distinguished Healthcare Worker of the Republic of Tajikistan.”
The badge was presented by Zulfiya Abudsamatzoda, Deputy Minister of Health and Social Protection of the Republic of Tajikistan, during a special ceremony held as part of the International CIS Forum on School Feeding. The ceremony recognized individuals who have made exceptional contributions to the development of school feeding and child nutrition.
This distinction, granted by order of the Minister of Health, acknowledges significant contributions to the country’s healthcare system and many years of dedicated professional service.
Mr. Chernigov received the title in recognition of his leadership and his sustained efforts to improve children’s health through the implementation and promotion of Tajikistan’s National School Feeding Programme.
