Participants discussed the cooperation plan for the next year. Among the new initiatives is a pilot project of supplying schools in the Kemin district of the Chui region with agricultural products from local farmers with the help of a Logistics center created with the FAO support.
In addition, the issues of institutionalization of express trainings for school cooks were discussed. The training programme will be based on trainings, developed by WFP and SIFI under the pilot project on the School Meals Optimisation Programme.
