SIFI helps organize school feeding in five Russian-language schools

Tajikistan
How great to see the results of our small but fruitful work in one of the five Russian language schools that opened this year in Tajikistan.

In all five schools, we help organize school feeding. We started from a school in Dushanbe. Little students will now not only study according to the Russian educational program, but, like Russian schoolchildren, will receive free hot meals cooked to all quality and safety standards.

On September 1, five Russian-language secondary schools were solemnly opened in Tajikistan in the cities of Dushanbe, Khojent, Bokhtar, Kulyab and Tursunzade. The event was attended by the Presidents of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin and the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon via videoconference.

“It is very symbolic that on this very day five new schools with teaching in Russian and, as already mentioned, according to Russian educational programs and standards, are opening in the Republic of Tajikistan,” Vladimir Putin said.
