Social and Industrial Foodservice Institute
established in Moscow in 2005 as an autonomous non-profit organization
The Institute was created on the basis of deep knowledge, experience and a clear understanding of the fact that the sphere of feeding systems for the population, and first of all children, requires an integrated approach, supported by scientific research and professional expertise.

Thus SIFI became the center of industry expertise and practical support of projects for the development and improvement of the quality of social feeding systems for different groups of the population.
Today, Social and Industrial Foodservice Institute is a team of qualified specialists and attracted branch experts who are able to solve problems of studying, analyzing, building and developing nutrition systems for the population both at the regional and local levels, and for the federal and international stakeholders.

Comprehensive audit of the current state of catering services, assessment of management efficiency, financing and technical support, normative legal acts and interaction with the parent community is not a complete list of the competencies that we are ready to offer our customers.
